Participants will be immersed in soothing, harmonic sounds produced by crystal bowls and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies create a deeply relaxing environment, promoting mental clarity, stress relief, and emotional healing. This is the perfect time to connect with the energy of the longest night of the year, as we discuss how to harness the unique power of the Winter Solstice. Feel free to bring a yoga mat to lay on or sit in one of our chairs. Hosted by experienced healing facilitators Christine Swart of Nature-ally Meditative and Sara Curtiss of Adirondack Journey Inward. Credit payment available in-store at $32+ tax or $30 cash payable the night of our event. RSVP
